Unpaid Overtime is the passion project of a group of professionally amateur snowboarders showcasing their season chasing backcountry lines.
Unpaid Overtime follows in the footsteps of Factotum Project the Movie and takes a deeper dive into the professional amateur side of snowboarding. Riders from all walks of life talk about how they support their addiction to snowboarding and why they take the extra step and spend their time traveling the country to film for a snowboard project.
The Factotum Project is dedicated to Rory and Sarah Mehen. This film and project wouldn’t exist without their kindness and generosity. We strive to carry on their legacy of sharing and love.
Factotum Project gives all these rad riders time on air and a place to share their story. We want to create a movement that’s inspirational and relatable. Making content by the people for the people
