Not everyone wants to bike hundreds of miles to then spend a week split boarding in a little known, remote mountain range, all in sub-par conditions. But deep down we’re all somewhat adventurous. Self sufficiency, turning dreams into reality, pushing past comfort zones, these can become a lure for many - myself included. After hearing whispers of a wilderness that rarely sees any winter visitors, Tailer Gray formulated an ambitious response: a ‘bike to board’ escapade into a desolate, Northern California range.
